Happy Saturday Everyone,

I hope everyone is enjoying thier weekend.I'm exploring my Paisely cartridge & so far I really like this cart a lot! I actually made this card at the Cricut Swarm. I hardly ever use the shadow feature on my cards...only because it seems the shadows come out really big for the size I want it to go under. For instance..This Owl was cut at 4 and a half yet the shadow I had to cut it at 4 and a 4th becasue it looked huge for the actual owl size.

Anywho...I'd like to enter my card for the first time with both challenges

Exploring new Cartridge

Hello Everyone,
My first Cricut SWARM was so much fun! All the ladies are so nice & helpful. I learned a few things and hopefully I'll post some of the things I learned. I'm posting rather late tonight so I'm going to make this a quick post. I am submitting this card for the following challenges:
Bunny Zoe’s Crafts - Spring Flowers (on my frog’s tummy)

Wacky Wednesday #27 Farm Themed (they have frogs on a farm right?)
Card Recipe :
I used Design Studio to hide the frog from the Card and cut at 4.5, Frog cut at 4 inches. Paper by Martha Stewart multimedia Baby Girl pad. Frog cut from Pink Armadillo paper pack by The Paper Studio. Dollar store bug eyes, Stickles for feet and Party Animal stamp from Girls Just Wanna made by Pink by Design.

Cricut Saturday with Aylssa

Whew!! I've been busy!! I haven't created anything , but have been helping my sisters & niece learn to love thier Cricut! haha Not hard to do ...These picks are my Saturday with my niece Aylssa. She had so much fun spending the day createing Hello Kitty valentine cards.

I'm going to my first Cricut SWARM here in Houston. Isn't that awesome!! I'm so nervious and I'm not sure what to take...I am so...so excited! I also found some awesome clubs to join & hopefully I'll be going on Sunday to make masculine cards with another group in Spring,TX.

Wish me luck...I'll post what we create...if I'm lucky this weekend will be a Cricut weekend...chalked fully of fun....fun...fun!!

While I hadn't posted in a long time, I did have a Cricut/Twilight weekend with my Sisters. One of my sisters just bought a gypsy & the other one recieved her first Cricut. I bought her a cricut create & three cartridges. It was nice to have a weekend full of crafting.Everyone had a great time & we all learned a little more. The hearts card are for my mom's bunco in night Febuary. Twinkle toes girls & Mini Mouse are waiting for the right card to be put on.

Christmas cards

Hello everyone,

Has everyone worked with glitter this holiday season? I've got glitter all over the house! Martha Stewart's fine glitter seems to have powers over my vaccum cleaner! No matter how many times I vaccum I can't seem to pick it all up!! I'd like to submit this card in Dutch Dare Challenge -#92 Christmas card/Tag or Ornament , for my second entry. All paper used were from my scrap pile. Thanks for looking.
