Second Challenge of Stampin for the Weekend

I'm trying the second part of Stampin for the Weekend...Wish me luck
see morehereStamp is from Stamps Happen, Inc. made by Carolyn Shores Wright, Sea Glass Strip& Blue Awning Flowers & Butterfly Paper made by K&C.I painted the bird with watercolors, gave her flyaway hair & glittered the yellow portion of flower. This card was made on a shoe string budget! A 99 cent store in our area had the 12x12 papers in stacks of 20 and it was K&C Company! The ribbon was purchased there to, but it was white. I used acrylic shimmery paint and painted ribbon blue. I woke up @ 4am dreaming I should paint that ribbon, So there I am @ 4am painting the ribbon. Funny how your mind works. Too bad I didn't get to assemble the card until after work.I hope you like the card.

Hi Roxx, what a great image, and you've colored it magnificently as well. The flowers look gorgeous and that backing paper is quite pretty. A lovely job using my sketch. Thanks for participating twice this week with both cards. Good Luck and hope you will continue to join us at Stampin' for the Weekend.
