D for Dry Embossing at Alphabet Challenge Blog
Hello all,
I'm running a tad bit late posting my card for the Alphabet Challenge Blog. These last two weeks have been a whirlwind!
1st colonoscopy Friday before last..Monday Jury duty (thought that would be easy & not get picked). Got picked to be in a Capital Murder trial, Got my 1st speeding ticket, Week long jury duty overcoming driving in downtown Houston. Parking a nightmare! for a directional challenged person. Back to work this Monday, desk piled high with work ! Well between all the frantic worry of my driving to court on time, & how to remember how to find my car at the end of the day! I forgot to post my DT card for Alphabet Challenge Blog!!! Ugh!! I had worked on it two weeks ago and forgot to post! Lesson learned! My goal now is to finish card & post on DT blog same day.

C for Celebrate at Alphabet Challenge Blog
Hello Everyone,
Whew! What a whirlwind weekend ! Looks like my week will go just like my weekend ! I'm a little late posting my card for Alphabet Challenge Blog, but here it is. This two week Challenge is C - for Celebrate St.Patricks day Or Good Luck , since not everyone celebrates St. Patricks day.
I made my card with a Christmas post card. Big Lots had a few on sale for dirt cheap so I bought a few ugly & glittery cards & post cards. I don't celebrate St.Patricks day, but I knew my niece & nephew would enjoy this card. I also added a pin to the back of the Shamrock & the St.Patty...this way they can wear the art work & they won't get pinched. Digi by Dustin Pike and Shamrock from a Cricut Cartridges.
Thanks for Stopping by and Have a great week.

Homemade Stickle/ 3D paint holder
I went to a Cricut SWARM in Houston 2wks ago and I got this Glitter glue container from our white elephant game. Let me tell you it was a coveted gifted there! I got lucky and got picked first..which means you can choose any gift no matter if it was chosen 3 times! Yeah! Ok so I thought how can I make a glitter glue container. I had two Styrofoam blocks I had been saving ...I swear I'm not a hoarder. If your in the Houston area join us for our next Cricut SWARM Sign up with Meetup site and join The Cricut Lady and Friends group. Lori is a great host and everyone is so welcoming and helpful.Ok....on to my project.
You can find this container at Scrapookcorner
I used Styrofoam blocks I saved
Styrofoam & Creative Versa-Tool (wood burning tool)
